What grade timber do you supply? What is the difference?
We supply select grade timber where available, which means all our timber is of a high standard. Select grade is timber that is free of defects and knots, it is completely straight. This is the best quality timber. S&B grade applies only to Australian Cedar and may have some knots, borer holes or other defects which could be deemed the timbers feature, still a quality product just more natural looking. FAS (First & Seconds) is the best grade of Walnut sold in Australia.

I am worried about buying timber online, how will i know it will be the best quality?
It can feel risky buying timber onlilne when you have not actually seen it, however we assure you that our staff will make the right choice for you based on their experience and knowledge of timber and its properties. If you are not happy with the timber supplied then we will happily exchange it.

Do you deliver? How much will it cost me?
Yes we deliver. We deliver timber Australia-wide so it depend on where you are located. Once you have completed your order it will show you the delivery costs within your area, otherwise for really heavy (over 50kgs) items we will provide you with a quote once your order goes through, you can then decide if you wish to proceed. When i put my order in, it doesn't show me the delivery cost. Why?
Sometimes this happens because the order requires us to give you a quote because it is over 50kgs or an unusual sized item. We will send you a quote before processing your order.

What is your returns policy?
We do not give refunds for timber purchase in store.. If you purchase your timber online or over the phone and are not happy with our selection (faulty piece) then you can send it back and we will happily replace it.

How do i order online?
Simply click on the 'shop online' button from the menu, which will direct you to our categories of timber, then select the timber you are after, select quantity by the metre, and add to order. Once you have finished shopping then simply check out.

Is my information safe and secure? What is your privacy policy?
Our online shop uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) – the industry standard for encryption technology used for secure transactions. Our online store ensures that all your sensitive data is transmitted safely and securely.

We will not pass your personal information onto any other parties, it will be used strictly to process your order.

I have a plan that i'm working from. Can you give me a quote on the timber in the plan?
If you send us the plan (fax 02 4323 6922 or email) we can give you a quote within 48hrs. You will need to specify which timber you would like us to provide a quote for.

Do you have trade or bulk buy discounts?

Do you sell your products to schools at a schools discounted rate?
