Delivery Information

Postage
Is via TNT courier service or Australia Post and is delivered within 1-5 working days after dispatch from The Lumber Bunker. All postage rates are based on Australia Post and courier zoning (Zone 1- Zone 6) and also the weight of the item.

Packaging
All items are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and paper, as well as its original packaging (if any) and boxed/wrapped for delivery.

Insurance
You may elect to have your item insured during delivery. Please state this in the "Special Instructions" window at check out and we will contact you with the details for your confirmation.

Notes
If you order multiple items we will ensure that your items are packed securely for the cheapest delivery price.

Items over 3 kg are sent via courier. If you are not at the delivery address to receive the parcel it may be left, returned to us or re-delivered, if either of the latter occur we reserve the right to charge you for the additional delivery cost.

Items outside the size allowance for Australia Post will be sent via Courier at the correct cost, and charged to you.

Heavy items
For all items weighing over 50kgs we will contact you directly with the postage cost prior to processing your payment.
